You probably went and messed up your knee and shoulder because you just regrew your toes and fingers. Anatomy lesson: Your knee is the shock absorber along with your ankle when you step, run, climb, etc. Your shoulder and elbow are the shock absorbers for your arm. So, basically, by not doing your physical therapy you went and overused muscles that weren't up for it and now you screwed up the parts of your body that have to deal with the impact.

Also, you're being a giant douche. Don't know what your problem is and I don't really care but take it off the journals before you say stuff you can't take back later when you're feeling like a normal human being again. If you haven't already shoved your foot that far down your throat anyway.

Usually she's like all teehee I will make a stupid joke that will piss everyone off so yeah, not believing her. .and unless Doc Hank wants to try to say i'm dangerous, I'm not going to any fucking calming room. I haven't hit anybody or broken anything except one keyboard and dude, if i had to go to the calm room every time i did that, I'd be there twice a month. Nobody is fucking committing me or arresting me for being in a bad godddamn mood because my knee hurts.

No, but people a lot stronger than you might eventually knock you unconscious for the improved atmosphere it would give everyone. I mean, seriously, if you've got your crap all in a knot like this online you can't be a barrel of sunshine if someone has to deal with you face to face. I don't know if you want to have any friends left after today, but if you do chilling out is a good idea.
