Hi Wademan!
I'm confused. What's a vibe? What's it for? How did the red haired lady break it? Why did they say looking at the journal was not good for kids cause of it?
And what does it have to do with ghosts? Have you seen a ghost? Is it like a ghost checker?

Hey -
So, basically, we've got two different kinds of vibes going on in that conversation. One of them is just the tone of the conversation itself - the way Minion Number One (Kevin) and I were joking around. Kevin told the red haired lady (Marie-Ange) she killed the conversational vibe because she made it serious all of a sudden.
The second vibe is something a little more adult, but because it's the same word, Kevin got confused by what Marie-Ange was talking about. English is her second language (she's French), so she was sort of confused as well, but I think she was also joking in an adult way a bit, because she forgot that kids could read the journals, too.
It's that second one that Kevin said wasn't good for kids to see. I don't want to tell you you're too young for it, since that'd be patronizing, but you'd probably be grossed out if I told you about it in depth, anyway. Just trust me on it?

Ohhh. So they were just trying to be gross on purpose. They did that a lot at my old school too. The boys stayed in the bathroom a lot talking about gross stuff and you could hear it through the wall in the girls bathroom.
Did you know some people can hock a loogie like....all the way across a football field?

I didn't actually know somebody could hock a loogie that far, no, but I have to admit that the thirteen year old boy living in my brain wants to try to do it now. You're a questionable influence on me, half-pint.
