Take a listen to this track when you get a chance. It might help.
Passive fields. January two thousand and twelve.
A nation that stands alone.
Cold voices, faces pale, gathered unto their judgement day.
Such words remain unspoken. Such pride remains unbroken.
Just mothers to stand in vain and cry.
Tears and medals in the rain.
Shall I recall when justice did prevail?
No reason to be found why reason did fail.
The all clear resounding.
The way was clear to rebuild this land.
Shall I call on you to guide me well,
to see our hopes and dreams fulfilled?
On this day of our ascension.
Stand your ground this is what we are fighting for.
For our spirit and laws and ways.
Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war.
For heaven or hell we shall not wait.
Shall I think of honour as lies
or lament it's aged slow demise?
Shall I stand as a total stranger/cold reminder
on this day in this stone chamber?
The all clear resounding.
The way was clear to rebuild this land.
Shall I call on you to guide me well.
To see our hopes and dreams fulfilled.
On this day of our ascension, on this day we praise the fallen.
Stand your ground this is what we are fighting for.
For our spirit and laws and ways.
Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war.

Re: First of all...
Date: 2004-05-26 12:21 am (UTC)Besides, I've got a vague idea of how I ended up in your head in the first place, and I want to make sure it isn't bad for us. Magic and psi-stuff don't always mix so well - remember the music room?
Sorgin. Gah. You can tell when I'm tired, I can't read properly. Or type. Time for bed, I think. I'm just going to do the rounds with the sleeping potion and then I'll be right there.

You're not the only one
Date: 2004-05-26 12:50 am (UTC)It _still_ scares me.
And your plan sounds good to me.
And yes, I remember the music room. I still can't play that song.

I know

On my way - just had to stop by me room and grab a couple of things. If you need distracting, there's always that suggestion I made in Nate's journal... I'm tired, but not that tired.
