Dear Mr. Centino (or Mr. Centino's agent, as I have a feeling the case may be),
Thank you again for your support of Red X. As I'm sure you know, the auctionee is responsible for planning the outing purchased by the auctioneer.
As a measure of their appreciation for your donation, some well-intended charity types decided they'd give me three suggestions for our evening out. Given the choice between La Grenouille, Peter Luger or Daniel — three restaurants about which I know nothing — which would you choose?
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Cecilia Reyes

Dr. Reyes,
We appreciate your timely reply and consideration in selecting an appropriate venue for this dinner. Red X is lucky to have such thorough volunteers such as yourself.
We have arranged a reservation for 5pm, Saturday, July 5th at Serendipity (http://www.serendipity3.com/). Please attire yourself modestly. We can arrange transportation if needed. Please forward us an address.
Notes for meeting Mr. Centino: do not stare at his right hand. He is skittish around crowds, so please work to avoid stressful situations.
Mr. Centino is scheduled to return to Los Angeles early Sunday morning. He has a full schedule before then. If the holiday poses problems for you, we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Warmly,
Minnie Douglas

Ms. Douglas,
In that case, please send a car to 1407 Graymalkin Lane in Salem Center. Saturday evening will be fine.
Note for meeting me: I don't take kindly to being kissed on the hand like it's 1903. When I lived in San Diego, it seemed like that was a thing that was happening again out West. It's gross.
Also, I'd be so appreciative if I could have an autographed something mailed to me that I can give to a friend. Well, he's more like my teenage ward, really. Not that it matters. Point is, it'd be a nice tradeoff for the unplanned photo opportunity I have a hunch you'll be staging outside one of Manhattan's most cliche date spots.
I look forward to this engagement.
Yours,
Cecilia Reyes

Dr. Reyes,
We will have the driver call ahead.
It is good that you are savvy to the nature of this interaction. We only mean to set the correct mindset for your evening. My client's public image is, afterall, my business.
I will have our offices in New York send something appropriate.
Warmly,
Minnie Douglas
