Subject: Angelo Espinosa's therapy progress
Charles,
It has become apparent to me that Angelo's progress is at a standstill. I believe this is not due to his lack of effort, as he seems to be quite willing to make attempts. I suspect that he is being hindered by a chemical imbalance. Perhaps temporary and surmountable, perhaps a permanent part of his physical makeup.
Regardless, he very strongly fits the profile of having clinical depression, and I would like to start him on a regimen of medication to combat this. Because he carries the X gene and has an active physical mutation, I will need to consult with both his physicians and Dr. MacTaggart to see if there are any possible drug interactions. After looking over what information I have been provided with, and the potential side effects of various medications, my initial suggestion would be to look into Wellbutrin, as it is likely to carry the least risk of side-effects that would interact with Angelo's particular mutation.
