Caro Dr. Summers,

You will receiving an email from Thakkar's assistant with the next hour or so demanding that I be sent home to Attilan post-haste with plane ticket information. My father is not convinced that Xavier's School is a safe place to be if your specials mission team is dying. Obviously the balance of power has shifted unfavorably.

I am asking my Aunts to intervene on my behalf, but they are a bit too shaken up from the news about Muir. I myself would prefer to be of assistance rather than coddled.

I'm sorry to hear that Namor, I would ask how they knew but I've learned not to underestimate the Attilani information networks.

I'll call your father myself if you think that will help, the fact that Magneto was willing to launch a frontal attack on Muir and risk a head to head conflict with us would make it seem that not even Attilan will be safe at the moment. There is something more going on here than we thought.

I know it's exactly what your father is afraid of, but I do hope you stay. We could use all the help that we can get protecting the mansion at the moment.

The general consensus re: my family is that a disaster of this magnitude means New York is unsafe. They know about the secret in the basement, you see and how often things come back to threaten the school grounds.
