Hi Charles,
I'm glad to hear that you're doing okay and that you're recovering from what happened.
So you know how you said you were available for some kind of counseling? I know we don't know each other all that well but I was wondering if your door was still open.
I haven't been feeling like myself lately, and I've been doing a great job not being self-destructive or anything, but
well, okay basically things are all still 100 different kinds of fucked up and I think so am I. I mean, I know I can handle it and I've dealt with worse, but Laurie made me think this was a good idea, and I'm willing to admit she might not entirely be wrong. (Don't tell her I said that.)
I don't know how any of this works, or anything, but let me know what you think
Gabriel

Charles.
