Ali,
I'm going to take a wild leap of logic, here, and guess that it was by your request that Sarah's company with the boys be restricted. Is this what you had in mind when you asked that I support you in whatever choices you make for Miles' future? Mind you, I can understand why it's necessary - believe me, I can - so I'm not angry or overly upset about it. I do have one itsy, bitsy suggestion, though I know it isn't likely to go horribly well.
Talk to her about it? At least an e-mail? Explain to her, as calmly and as nicely as you can, why you feel like the boys' visits with her need to be supervised? Don't try to come off like a teacher, or even a mother. I don't know if that would go over very well, with her. Just explain it - Sarah's killed people, and gotten killed herself, so people (I don't know how many) are more comfortable if someone's there to keep an eye on things. At least for now. Assuming it's temporary.. is this temporary? Or, wait - depends on Sarah, right?
If you don't want to do it, I can try - I have the added bonus of near-invulnerability on my side, at least physically, and have a better chance of getting back on her good side if things go south. I think.
If it does go south, however, and I can't get back on her good side, you owe me a drink, legal drinkng age be damned. I'll fly us to Europe so it'll be legal, if I have to.
Bloody hell. My head hurts.

Are you sure I can handle being around Oscar? What about you? Hell, since it seems to be the thing to do, let's question whether Sarah's capable of being around anything she cares about.

I was thinking of your bones, love, nothing more. When you're upset, you tend to armor up, and it can be rather sharp. I know you'd never hurt the puppy purposefully.
I'm just trying to offer space, if you want it, or company, if you want it. I'm kind of at a loss.

That's probably best. Don't think I'm fit for company right now...

If you're absolutely sure, Sarah.. if you decide you want company, whether you're fit for it or not, you know how to get ahold of me. Okay?
I'll bring you breakfast in the morning..?
Love you.
