I've been trying to start this brief for some time, but could never gather the nerve. And I think Nathan and Manuel shook some sense into me, so I've been toiling away slowly since then and now it's done. Actually, it's been done for almost a week. But, that's not the point.
Right, so. The point is I think I'm ready to present the file to the rest of the team. But, I wanted you to be the first person to review it. I would really appreciate your input as team leader on this.
But, as your significant other, I'm going to warn you, it's a good deal of information. Graphic to say the least, but it's the truth. And some points will be hard to read and I'm truly sorry for that.
There's also something the Professor and I have kept from all of you. It will help explains why I've been so reclusive, as of late. And I hope it'll help put things in prospective.
When you've rested and are ready. I'll be here, waiting.

I'm... proud of you for doing this. I'm not sure that's the right word, but it's the closest I can come up with for how I feel right now.
