I've given this some serious thought and since I'm feeling surprisingly progressive these days....
If you would permit me, I would like to introduce an advanced course in Mutation Control. A series of lectures and practical exercises that will help many of the older students gain a better grasp on their abilities. We have yet to introduce an all-intensive class on power training. So, the class will consist of a culmination of their defense lessons, their basic understanding of their mutations, and combine the two in radical fashion.
I will admit, this will be harrowing introduction to a demanding course. And I'm sure accidents will happen in the beginning. So, I will not sugarcoat anything. And while, the students will gain a greater understanding of their abilities, they will learn the dangers. I do ask that this course be mandatory for all sixteen and older. We've all realised their penchance for danger, I'd like this to at least give them the opportunity to protect themselves.
And Charles, I am aware that certain students may protest receiving these lessons from me. I am also prepared to deal with the fallout. But, I will teach this course and no one else. Nevertheless, I'd rather deal with their disdain than have to deal with their corpse.
Thank you for your time, sir. Whatever you decided, I'll abide by your decision.
