Dear Ms. Maximoff,
Erik did mention both you and your brother to me in passing, but that was many years ago. I very much sympathize with your concerns, and I applaud the principles behind them; would that your father still shared those principles. I fear he is beyond any help.
I currently serve as the headmaster of a school for young mutants in New York State, and it has more than once served as a sanctuary for those in need. If you so choose, there is a place for you here, although I'm afraid your father's name will likely not buy you open-armed welcome from all the current residents; we have had our own past encounters. You would, however, be able to call upon me at need, and your letter does not paint you as a young woman who shies from challenge. I will be looking forward to hearing from you again, and if you decide to accept my invitation I can provide transport to the school.
Sincerely,
Charles Xavier
