[2] My head's not good so if I don't respond a lot.. some days are worse than others, but I'm not just trying to get to the next hour anymore.
[3] Do mashed potatoes count as a solid food? If so, I kept down solid food today. Progress.

My brother is losing his ever-loving shit. JSYK. But I'm not telling him. And mashed potatoes count as semi-solid food and a solid step up from broth or jello. Adversity makes us stronger. Not immediately, unfortunately, but eventually. So this will make you super stronk. No that is not a typo, all the cool kids say it. IDK if it helps you, but my head can't be messed with psychically afaik. Not to put it in your face, but to say that this is my bullshit and not anyone elses.

[1] Ah fuck, I just reamed him out about leaving without telling people and then did it myself. I owe him a gold star and an apology. Several apologies. It just wasn't safe, sticking around.
[2] I'm not fine, but I'm trying to get better. Kevin knows where I am. If Clint and a bunch of spies can't find me, then she can't either.
[3] It's been a lot of chicken and beef broth when I can keep it down. A few crackers with it last night. Plain mashed potatoes earlier.

[1] Not gonna talk about how gross my hair was after medical + first few days here. Finally able to stand long enough to take care of it yesterday. You can braid it when I get back.
[2] Someone would smell me on you and you'd get the whole inquisition. Also just don't want anyone seeing me like this. I should probably still be in medical, tbh.

Tightly controlled schedule then and SO much sleep now. Place I'm at said I get a week to sleep it off, and then I have to start working on being a functional human again. Withdrawal sucks, 0/10, do not want to go through this again.

My body is working on it really, really hard. Very dedicated to more sleep.
