These are... field reports. First run image processing. I mean, agent and source info is scrubbed but otherwise... this is as close to unfiltered intelligence as you can get. It's like having one of ours literally sitting in on briefings and getting updates in real time.

How the flying fuck did you get this? I mean, I'm ten pages in, and already the number of felonies this represents is enough to have me executed and then my severed head imprisoned for 400 years or more. And we're getting more?

Do you have any idea what this kind of intel means?

Consider it payment for Gar's lost skin. We'd made a deal with Director Brand from SWORD to get involved with the demonic weapons business and she came through. Probably because Garrison could have gotten her into serious trouble by mentioning she'd been under the influence of Olivier for the past six months. So yeah, regular access to government intel on mutants in exchange for taking down a Hell Lord. Very tasty, if I say so myself.

As for what it means, I'm more occult knowledge than this sort of high-level analysis, but for a start, I'd say we'll have a hell of a lot more of a head start on things from now on. Less reaction, more stopping things before they blow up?

What this means? Let me try and sum it up. With this level of intel, we can restructure this shop to cover ten times the current scope of our networks. We can reprioritize the specialist elements in deep focus as opposed to broader coverage. In short, twenty people are going to be able to cover as much ground as the mutant focused intelligence departments of a G20 nation.

This is... in 1957, the CIA flipped a GRU Colonel named Oleg Penkovsky. In the five years that followed, that intel reshaped the Cold War (which we'd been dramatically losing) and ended with a face off between Kennedy and Khrushchev which was ended because we had advanced knowledge of the true extent of the Soviet's intercontinental missile capacity thanks to him.
