Hey Alani -
I know you said you can do a shift or two every once in a while for the wormhole and I appreciate it. I'm hoping you might be able to help me work up a calendar and sign-up sheet for eXcal so that we can post it on one of the comms and people can put themselves in on the days when they can be there for training on how to monitor things and also when they can be there to do the actual monitoring.
If you need any help, reach out to Darcy. She also said she could help, but she's got her own stuff going on with X-Force and I don't want to dump this all on her, but also not all on you. Tell me if you can't because of school and life, don't worry about telling me 'no.' Like I said before, school comes first.
Best,
Clint

Good afternoon Clint,
I’d be glad to help you with creating a calendar! A training day availability survey would be easy to put together, and I could probably kill two birds with one stone if everyone’s personal schedules stay consistent. Alternatively, if we know in advance, a monthly calendar shouldn’t be too hard. I know after commencement, I’ll be pretty free until grad school starts in the fall.
If I need help, I will contact Darcy, assuming she’s free. Additionally, if you already know your schedule or anyone has sent their available times to you, please free feel to forward those on, and I’ll hopefully be sending out an email before the week’s end to everyone to confirm or clarify times and with a survey.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Alani,
I'm honestly good whenever. I figured I'd probably just wait to see what other people could do, then fill in gaps as needed. I was thinking twelve hour shifts, AM and PM. That way people could break them into eights and fours if they need to do like personal hygiene stuff or two sixes if they need/want to split a shift.
Thanks so much, you're awesome.
Best,
Clint
