In a press conference today, the Chief of New York's police admitted they have no leads as to who was behind the attack on the area known as District X on May 23.
"While we have conducted a thorough investigation of the scene, there are few clues as to the identity of the individual responsible for the damage," he stated, reading from a prepared statement. "The case will remain open, and the NYPD ask for any witnesses to come forward with any information."
In the meantime, repair work continues in District X, where there was significant property damage caused when the unknown perpetrator, described by some as "some kind of Viking" went on his rampage. Local mutants are credited with the lack of casualties.
Anyone with information regarding the incident can contact the NYPD hotline.
