Warren, 

If you are serious about settling here in New York, you have an urgent task in front of you.

I met with the harridan who is currently overseeing your charity efforts. She listened to me politely, but that is about it and she gave of some very strange vibes. I took the liberty of observing her through the eyes of her assistant. She went on a rant about mutie town and seemed to suggest possibly informing your father. 

Second, your accountant and any financial advisor I reached out to refused to give me any of the requested information, even with being them being aware I am acting on your behalf. I did the bare minimum account of research and apparently your accountant is running in the same circles as several highly placed people at WI. I do not want to begin thinking even about the others.  

Frankly, you need to clean house. If you and Bobbi truly want to build a life here, the people who advise and represent you should not be beholden or extensively tied to WI or your father. 

I imaging Bobbi can handle some of the vetting and I can recommend at least two good possible replacements for the harridan.

I can't disagree with Bobbi. Happy wife, happy life, blah blah blah. Thanks, Hope. I'm happy to take recommendations, because you're right -- if I'm going to build a new empire, I need to start from scratch.

I'll call Jolene. I've trusted her the longest, and maybe if I give her an island, she'll decide to come back from being a stay at home mom.

That reminds me too -- XFI has always been separate from WI stuff. I never wanted to meld the two but maybe I can use some of that staffing as well. Thoughts I need to process.

Oh and how much more of a raise do you want, Hope? Actually, nah, dont tell me -- just get Bobbi to sign the cheques.

I would recommend against using XFI for your permanent staffing needs. You have too many enemies and our first duty is protect the people in District X first. If they turn their ire in other directions, XFI would have far larger target on their back then we already have.

I can have my recommended candidates for the charity position in your office for an interview on Thursday or Friday. Please do not scare them aware. I also already have their background checks running to double check for any question marks.

Final point, make sure you review your security arrangements as well. Both to make sure they still meet your current needs and to double check they are not beholden to anyone. I would suggest reaching out Ian Archer. He is an old friend whom I trust with my life.
