Anyone in the District, start evacuating civilians as quickly as possible. All Generation X in the district, make your way to either the XFI offices or the Fabian Building for further directions. Look for a figure in pale or grey armor and report immediately.

All Xavier phones are being switched to emergency comm functions. Report in and coordinate your responses.
