I've been instructed to contact you as to the feasability of attending the HeliX party coming up in a few weeks.

I think it would be good for me to attend. It gets me out of the Mansion, which is something I cannot normally do on my own. It also gives me an opportunity to interact with normals who have no preconceived notions (right or wrong) about me. I also look devestating in a tuxedo. :)

I can swear that my power will not be used in any way that is preventable. Crank the dampener all the way up if you doubt my word.

Manuel,

I will be attending the event myself, and I often find a personal assistant useful on such occasions. Piotr would normally perform this duty, but he has other obligations this weekend. As such, your desire to attend provides me with a solution I find pleasing; taking you to your word to not use your powers during the evening, I invite you to take Piotr's place for the span of the evening, acting as my personal assistant.

I have no doubt it will be a very enlightening evening.

Charles,

I would be delighted to act as your secretary during this party. Perhaps, if things go well, we could discuss making the arrangement permanent? I perform similar duties for the White Queen Emma Frost, she would give me a glowing recommendation should you require one.

Having just said all of this - I would appreciate some moments to intermingle with the normals. I have not done so in any serious capacity since I was taken from the streets of Madrid many years ago. I think it would help me.
