Hello boys,
I've had a productive meeting on how to spend your money and the caterers delivered with their usual class.
We've come up with three ideas for you. The first is the insanely high society and fancy to-do and relies heavily on my ability to do a good impression of a crazy frenchman. The second goes for exotic in place of fancy and relies on my ability to trust that the caterer's chef is as good as I am. The third falls somewhere in the middle and brings in some very classic pieces that hopefully won't scare off our younger crowd who aren't so familiar with haute cuisine. This one relies on my ability to get along with the catering coordinator and not make her ulcer any worse.
All the menus call for two buffets and several passed trays, not including those we'll need for the beverages. Estimates can be found at the bottom of each menu.
The sooners you lads make a decision the better off we are. Also I need that walkthrough, Paul. Any luck?
