We went to this video game thing but then we got kidnapped from it and put in VR and Jessie almost died and shatter cried but we are fine now and also fallout 3 sucks and no one else died even if they almost died and how do you say thank you to someone who was willing to die for you also shatter is really upset about the whole Jessie almost dying for him thing cause he thinks he should have died for her but couldn't bring himself to and also he's real mad at me for telling you that but I don't care besides Terry already knows and anyways 1/10 would not recommend VR also the journals are making it seem like the x men fought the guy who kidnapped us before do you know him also while we were in VR our powers didn't work okay bye -b

Thank you so much for telling me, Benji. I'm proud of you both for getting through that, and I'm glad you're still here. The situation with Jessie sounds very confusing, but it also sounds like she doesn't expect to be thanked. That was a decision she made for herself.

Shatterstar, I know I'm not your doctor, but when you have the space for it please try this exercise. Write a story about what you experienced -- not for me to read, but for yourself.

When you do that, don't include what you could or should have done. Write past that. How will you use what you experienced in the future? What kind of person do you want to become after this? Look forward from this, not back.
