Mr. Kane,
On behalf of the Flight program, I would like to ask a favor. There have been a recent string of possibly mutant-related deaths in a Colorado town where two dual Canadian-American citizens, Dr. John Frye and his son Delbert, are living. We believe that the younger Frye may have manifested. Unfortunately, the U.S. law enforcement is not communicating with us on the matter. That could just be because there's nothing that they know or that the Fryes aren't involved, but it's somewhat suspicious that they've been keeping mum. If you could, could look into seeing why Department H isn't in the loop and to see if it is something we need to push?

Writing to ask a favor. There has been a string of gamma related deaths in Colorado. Can't investigate myself or have the Avengers look into it- too likely to tip off interested parties if I do. The other Avengers tend to be more high profile, or working with gov. Not sure if this is sactioned or not. You've already met General Ross once, I believe. He's the one who wanted the gamna bomb in the first place. Hopefully it is just deaths. Last thing the world needs is more deaths. I have an associate, Rick Jones, who lives out west. Rick is good at tracking gamma radiation. I trust him with my life. He can help you. Will attach articles about incidents and Rick's contact info.
