First there was the rocks. So many bloody rocks.

Then there was the rumour mill about us and the Way, not to mention fucking Taboo giving Topaz the hard sell.

Now, I swear to fuck I'm being stalked by wildlife. I wasn't sure before - it's New York, rats and crows and the like are a thing. But I just saw a snake - a big bloody BLACK snake - following me while I was going on a coffee run.

Has anyone else had anything like that? Is there a group of magic users out there who use black animals as familiars?

I have been noticing the strange animals as well. I know there is a population of coyotes but I didn't think they come into the city or stare at you. I was in center park meeting up with a contact when I saw it. I rather deal with a coyote than seeing a black snake.

No magic users come to mind. I've been trying to hunt down when these rumors had started and by whom, but everything is turning up nothing. No one wants to speak about it or just like "I don't know."

I am getting something in the pit of my stomach that this isn't right.
