Nathan's in the medlab I'm afraid and not up for that training exercise he kept muttering you two had planned for tomorrow morning or something. (Does the man never cease training? Wait. No. Don't answer that one.)
Thought I'd let you know, just in case Moira decided to put Nathan out for a week or so and came after me with a shotgun for being all glowy around him at the wrong time.
...
Uh oh. I think I hear her calling my name now. I'm going to make a run for it while the running is good!

So he did it again, did he? Drat. I had a HTH session scheduled with him that I was really looking forward to. Guess I'll go track down Fearless Leader and see if he wants to play instead.
If I got any use whatsoever out of running, I'd suggest that we could go for a jog instead. But thanks to the machines my lower body never needs working out - but I could use the cardio from time to time.
Heck with it.
Up for a jog, pretty lady? I will promise you that there will be no lake-shoving.

Yes, he did. And if you're not calling him Captain Sprains-His-Brain next time you see him, I want dibs. (Scott always wants to train - shouldn't be a problem at all to talk him into that.)
There is much more to running than just the working out side of things. It is fun. Plain and simple. Especially if you hit the paths on the east side of the grounds.
As such, I am very much up for a jog. And make no promises about the lake-shoving. ;)

I go out jogging every day. Whenever's good for you and works with your schedule is good for me. And now I'm horribly tempted to not stick to play fair but that just wouldn't be right. I will point out though that you only said you wouldn't shove me in the lake - that leaves a pretty wide range of options for other stuff.

And I'll meet you just after sundown for that jog? Should be very pretty outside by then.

Who, moi?

It usually is around that time - good choice. I'll be there. :)
