Cain,
As your analyst, and I'd like to think your friend, I've got to remind you that as a major investor in Electronica Fabrizzi, you're encouraged to attend their shareholder meetings. They're not really heading in a direction that I see meshing well with your portfolio, and could be a serious sink if they go under in the Shaw Industries acquisitions. Of course, you'd know all this if you'd show up at some of the meetings.
Also, what bug did you put up Shaw's ass? He's threatened to petition the SEC to allow a Class Four share reduction. That means your shares get doubled, but converted to non-voting stock. You don't hold nearly enough Shaw Industries stock to threaten a quorum, is this personal?
You've got my cell, give me a call if you're out of the country or something. This is your money, Mister Marko.
Cameron.

Whatever you've got to do to keep everyone happy, do it. Fax me whatever forms I need to sign. I don't want to have to get involved with all the details, that's what you're earning that fat paycheck for.
Except for Shaw. Transfer whatever we need from one of the other accounts to match Shaw's bid on Fabrizzi. Cut the fucker off at the knees if at all possible.

I faxed you the necessary legal paperwork to allow me to administrate your account fully. Are you sure this is what you want to do, though? I mean, I'm not going to let you down - but this is a significantly large account, sir. The senior partners have taken a definite interest in your portfolio, especially with regards to the Shaw situation. Let me know how you want to proceed.

Signed and faxed back. I trust you. You've done good by me so far. Just keep me apprised of how everything's going.
