Subject: I don't even know how to start to explain this.
This is going to be strange.
My precognition, I am told, works better if I have had tea or coffee (Ick) because of caffiene. It does something to .. something in my brain called seratonin, which I am told affects moods. I am told that chocolate should do something similar.
It also gives me a giant headache behind my left eye if I use it while awake. If I remember my dates right, and I am reading this pile of paperwork Dr. MacTaggart gave me correctly, it also works differently if I have had alcohol. I had a dream the night after we all went clubbing with Remy.
The reason I am emailing is that I am not sure what else affects mood that would be easy to get. I know that all of you -stop- having the jitters if you smoke, I know that .. you have.. in some cases, less of a sheltered life than I had growing up.
Only, I need to do something to make this work without giving me a huge headache. Please don't spread this around, and if need proof - I have an email from Ms. Frost - but .. I am told I was in part resonsible for helping find Alex.
I can't keep relying on random dreams. I can't keep not understanding what I see. If I'm awake, at least I can tell someone or talk to someone. If I can .. take a small risk, or find a way to use this, even if it means havnig to go around some rules, then I need to.
I saw the attack. I saw Alex. I saw the stupid love potion disaster before it happened and I couldn't do anything because none of it made sense. This has to start making sense.
It is too useful for me to not try.
Would one, or any of you mind helping me with this? I don't even know where to start.

I need your help with something, but I need you to be really discreet about it. Will you have some time to talk about it this evening, maybe over dinner if you're allowed to drive again?

Subject: Of course.
You let us know what you need, and I'm sure we can get it for you. And probably even keep you company, since I'm sure you're not going to want to be around, say, Rahne while you're either smoking or drinking, or whatever you decide to take up.
And another idea: have you thought about how adrenaline would affect it? I know you haven't been too keen on sparring, but the rush of adrenaline may be something that could help, without the need of more drastic stuff. Or maybe not.

Subject: Rahne?
I didn't even think of that. I guess she could smell it.
Aie. That's not good.
Adrenaline? .. well, it does affect emotions and brain chemicals, so it can't hurt, but I never got very good with self-defense. If you have any ideas I'm willing to listen.
That brings to mind another subject, which.. actually worries me on the Rahne front as well.
