Marie-Ange is in the middle of a breakdown. There's nothing physically wrong with her that I can tell. Mind you, the idea of returning to the medical bay nearly caused her to rabbit out the window and leg it to another country. Apparently she's been seeing deaths on everyone. Horrible futures. She's hullucenating directly into her tarot cards.
For whatever reason, I don't seem to set her off. Guess the fact that I don't seem to have a future to pre-cogs is coming in handy. She screams everytime Cain comes up the stairs. Look, I'm going to keep her up in the boathouse until this can get figured out.
I'm sure everyone is going to have a nice big laugh at this, but I think she's been cursed. Seriously. I know a hougdoun back in New Orleans that is an expert on curses. Whatever we do, we better do it quick.

Date: 2004-11-29 12:30 am (UTC)I don't know if I speak for everyone here, but if you know someone you think has even a shot of helping her, I say get your ass on the phone. I can't do anything else. I can't even be in the room with her at the moment - it sets off my own apparently not-so-burned-out-after-all precog, above and beyond whatever probably-unpleasant futures she's seeing for me.
If she's not reacting to you, she should stay there. We can't keep her sedated indefinitely.

Date: 2004-11-29 04:23 am (UTC)Nathan's right - we can't keep her sedated forever. And if you're not setting off these hallucinations of hers, then perhaps it's best she stay with you. However, if her condition worsens, I'd expect you to let one of the medstaff know - her neurophysiology is tied into her pre-cog, and if this... overload, whatever it is continues, it could have permanent effects on her brain chemistry.
THank you for letting us know where she'd gotten to, by the way - we were about to send out the search parties.
