How's seven-thirty sound? Although every time we arrange something definite in advance, I got called back into medlab for an emergency. :P

Oh, that reminds me... Um, did Alison mention anything to you about me agreeing to be her stand-in again? This time for some kind of monthly dance thing you guys do? She asked me last week and said she'd arrange it, but it's possible she forgot, the wench.

I'll get the location from Moira so you know where you're bamfing to, since I don't trust my alcohol tolerance with driving again. If you don't mind, that is? I have to say, I've gotten kind of used to teleporting. Almost makes me wish I could do it for myself...

It's the least I can do considering how much help you were with keeping me sane during the work of Alison's injuries. You'll have to give me details, though, along the lines of what to wear and such. Or i could give Alison the perfect distraction and throw myself on her fashion mercy. *eeps* Oh, and when and where and the rest of it too. ;)

Of course I do not mind - and if you could let me know the exact location within the next day or two, so I can go there and see it, to choose a good spot to teleport to?

I say give Alison a distraction. ;) The when of the next one is the 14th. The where is just a local assembly hall that the group hires out.

Why did I have a feeling you'd say that? *melodramatic sigh* Well, if it entertains the extremely bored invalid with the attention span of a hummingbird on crack, I'll make the sacrifice. ;)

Okay, the 14th it is. *notes that down in her diary* I'll plot my escape accordingly.

*eyes her pile of marking* Remind me again why I give out so many assignments? I need a TA. Or a subject with less paper involved - I think you have the right idea.

Could one or more of the medlab assistants act as your TA? If it is too much work for one of them to do on top of their other responsibilities, all three could take turns...

Unfortunately, none of them is up to the standard where they can help with the bulk of my classes. Times like this I miss Cecilia. Besides, all three of them have been working their butts off, with medlab on top of their regular classes - I'm not about to load more on.

I prescribe humour - "The Incredibles" is still on in Salem Center, and it's funny without you having to check your brain out completely. I'll come grab you around seven?

And we need to go somewhere with very large portion sizes for dinner. Either that or order jumbo popcorn at the movie. I somehow managed to forget to eat today. Imagine that.

The ultrasonic high-pitched one? Wasn't me squealing, no, no way, not at all. And I'm not bouncing in my seat, regardless of what Hank might tell you. All lies and slander, I tell you.

You're a very silly Captain. Food's important, even if there is no sugar in it. How's Italian sound? There's a place the kids go to regularly with enormous servings - apparently they even give our resident bottomless pits trouble...
