Ms. Blaire,
Dr. McCoy suggested I enroll in your dance class. I also have two open periods if there is an opening for one of your classes. Would it be possible to audit it - I am not sure I will be able to finish the semester, but he said it would be good exercise.

Danielle,
Of course you can! I'm putting Kurt and Madelyn in copy as they are my co-teachers in this class. ;)
But... you know, you may want to join the Tai Chi group. It's a no-impact and non-stressful activity and entirely about being beneficial for your health. Maybe you could talk to Hank about it, see what he has to say? If you're interested, I'll forward the schedule to you, but there's always a trip to and from the Tai Chi School provided for anyone who wants to go (I'm back to a minimum of three times a week myself) and at least two to four people, either staff or students it can vary on the time slot, that go for each class. :)

*blinks* I'm a co-teacher still? Not that I'm arguing mind...
Any way, yes, by all means, join the dance class. I think you'll enjoy it, and a certain birdie told me you could two-step, so perhaps some country could be arranged. Once we lock the doors so the other students can't flee, of course. *grins* Just joking, really.
As for tai chi... A very good idea. Flexibility and muscle tone are going to be things you'll be very glad of in about three months' time when you've dropped something and need to kneel to pick it up again because a Certain Bump is getting in the way. Yoga is also good, although under some sort of instruction would be preferable since not all styles are good for pregnant women. Like I said in your journal, I can help you come up with a few different physical activities to keep your fitness up, that we can mix and match as you like and as things progress. Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you have to stop everything, regardless of what some people who treat you like you'll break might think. ;)
Madelyn.
