Subject: checking in and news
Mick and Ani arrived safely this morning. Got to see Tim do the 'Am I seeing a ghost?' face when Ani walked into the room. It was more than mildly entertaining.
I'm still feeling the effects of that little explosion on Tuesday, although at least the nosebleeds are getting less frequent. Haven't tried anything telekinetic just yet; I think Moira would probably throttle me if I did.
There's something else, though, Dom. I don't know whether he'd tell you this himself, but I figured you should know, one way or the other. The coroner's report came back on Pete's dad. Someone had him poisoned, from what little Pete said before he went off to blow up the quarry. He's still out there - I can sense him. To say he's not in good shape would be putting it mildly.
Just wanted you to know. Especially since I don't know if I'm going to be here next week - Tim's in better shape than I was, definitely much better than Mick was, and he's already making noises about getting out of here. I don't know what he's got in mind but I can't let him run off on his own just yet.
Wherever I wind up, I'll stay in touch.
