Jay,
I've taken the liberty of making a referral for you with Doctor Samson. I have a good idea what kind of spell it was you asked Amanda for, and why, having access to your medical files, and while I hope it's helped, I think maybe some follow-up might be a good idea. I've never been one to trust instant fixes. *wry grin* Leonard's particularly easy to talk to, and you don't have to continue to see him if you don't want to, but I think it would help for you to talk to someone who is a neutral ear, someone who won't put any pressure on you.
His contact number's below - I've told him you might be calling, and he's happy to give you some time, as much as you need. It is up to you, but I think maybe an appropriate indication to Amanda that you appreciate what she did for you might be ensuring that you're getting all the help you can?
Regards,
Madelyn.

Date: 2005-02-24 08:43 pm (UTC)Like I said, sometimes it helps to have someone to talk to who is a third party. A lot of the kids find he's very easy to talk to, and given the stress levels we tend to have in this place, you certainly wouldn't be the first person to talk to him.
Think about, please? I'm not happy with the ways things turned out either, which is why the suggestion. Follow-up, as I said; think of it like physiotherapy after surgery.
