Subject: Login problems, and where are you?
Cameron,
Haven't heard from you in a few weeks, and I haven't been able to log into the InvesTrack website to check my account like you showed me. Keeps giving me a "Account Not Found" error. Stupid computers. Anyway, drop me a line and we'll go hit the links one of these weekends when it's clear out and go over some stuff.

Subject: Account error
To whom it may concern,
I have had trouble accessing account #XXX-XX-XXX-XXXXX through the web interface, and your phone system keeps cutting me out after I put my ID in. I have tried to contact my Willington-Shatterly investment advisor, Cameron Hodge, but get told he's not with the company. I would like to know the status of my account.
Sincerely,
Cain Marko
account holder since 1960

Mr. Marko,
I am attaching the documents we have on file concerning the closing of your accounts with Willington-Shatterly. As per your written request, the fund transfer was carried out by Mr. Hodge during his exit proceedings. I was given to understand that he was leaving our employ to work with you personally.
If you would like to re-open your account with Willington-Shatterly, you have 90 days to do so while maintaining your seniority in our investment-sharing program and competitive interest rates.
Sincerely,
George P. Shatterly

Subject: You piece of shit.
Cameron,
If I had to put a price on how pissed off I am right now, it would easily be in the high eight figures. Perhaps nine, counting interest. Wait, let me check - yes, it's definitely a nine-figure amount, it's missing, and I have paperwork that says you're the last guy to see it.
I'm not going to plead with you, or bargain with you, or threaten you with legal action. You conned me, and you did it by playing inside the rules. But make no mistake, I will get back what's mine if I have to put you in the ground to do so.
By the way, you're fired.
C. Marko.
