I've been going through those invoices you gave me and the new ones too...something is off on the one for the counters, I think they overcharged us. It says "extras fee - $500" but does not say what it is and when I called the company no one would explain it me.

well, the listed and understandable charges are for the counters materials and creation, installation, rush delivery and rush construction. so...extras? still unexplainable, but I think I'm getting somewhere with the lady I've been working with, I kept asking for someones boss until they at least tried to be helpful. the idea we have is that there were 5 guys working installing the counters, so it might be some sort of unofficial added-in bonus?

All charges should have been listed upfront. There isn't any reason for an additional charge. Keep checking.

that I took care of - the idiot didn't know how to ring the order up properly. there is a difference between regular and rush delivery - appearantly rush is twice regular. the third delivery charge was a mistake. they revised the balance and faxed us a corrected invoice - it's in your box.
