Talked to Alison a little about it yesterday, she suggested that we make it a 'Welcome home, Jean' theme as well as a general 'yay people, you did damn good.' kinda thing.

Sooo...we may need to up the fireworks quota here. Hmm...how much do you think we can get away with without someone calling the fire department or Cain kicking our asses?

Amanda,

See, told you I wouldn't stop using that subject line till you'd forgiven me.

Been thinking about family lately. I'm still not sure it was okay for me to let my folks go, although I guess not accepting their death was driving me slowly crazy. The rest of my biological family is so far away now, and I only really know them a little. They're not the type of people you can bawl over like a little kid when something upsets you.

Then there's Carls, who has started using 'my twin' in her e-mail name thingie for me and Mads who treats me like family. It's nice to have someone care again.

So, anyway, I am totally being killed dead by math study but I should get back to it.

That's a great idea. I imagine Jean would really appreciate that.

In terms of how much fireworks we could get away with, let me look into that and get back to you. It might be a few days; I've got rather a lot on my plate right now.
