I think that with Paige leaving and seemingly being removed from training that we are going to be missing one person on some of the routine rotating duties that we have as trainees. I am not even certain which of the rotating maintaince chores she was assigned to this week - Jubilee, could you check and see if it was on her calendar?
I am fairly certain that Mr. Summers, Alison and Ms. Munroe will not leave us uninformed as to how the schedules may or may not change, or how they would like us to fill in for Paige while she is gone, but I thought that it might be a good idea to be - I think the word is proactive? - and perhaps come up with some ideas on our own first.
Does anyone have any thoughts?

That is a little harsh, I think, to treat her like a casuality when she may return.
Shiro, Doug, Mr. Marko? Do any of you think that you could pick up some of the slack on the group analysis? I do not have the large tactical skills to compensate, and I am not sure Jubilee does yet either, though I think we can both try to fill in on the smaller strategic planning?
Have I gotten tactics and strategy reversed again?
I am just glad that have not started group training yet. Trying to re-think plans without Paige on the team would be difficult. As it is, the possiblities of her not being one of the X-men are giving me a vast headache.

Day might come when you're the only one capable of putting a plan together, and you're going to have to be prepared for it.

As long as I can replace 'throw' with 'kick' in that particular analogy, it serves well.
I am entirely aware that I still need to work on strategic planning. However, it is still my weak point, and while I am overcoming that obstacle, it does us no good to not use the better resources that we have at the moment.

My strategy tends to consists of "blow it up and see what happens," but it is time I learned something new. All those hours of Final Fantasy ought to pay off somehow.
