Kinda spoils the whole "spontaneous" part, but it's a hefty one, so I thought I'd ask.
Wanna go to Minnesota next week? Alison wants to talk to my friend Guido about signing his band for her new record label, and I wanna be there when she pops the question, because he's going to do something amusing like wet himself or fall over. Pleasepleaseplease say you'll come? She's asking Lorna, and I'm gonna see if Doug wants to go too, but you're kind of essential to the plan because a. you're essential to the plan and b. Guido isn't entirely convinced you exist. It'll mean long hours sitting right next to me . . . *puppydog eyes*

Subject: Road trip!
Alison wants to go surprise Guido with a record deal, next week. Wanna go watch him implode?
And don't worry, I asked her, she's bringing an extra one of Doc McCoy's remote-system doohickeys, you won't miss any important e-mails. :)

Okay, I think we've exhausted stupid email aliases.
That presumes that she _wants_ to convince me. Which would require aforementioned deniable feelings on her part. Which we have no clue about the existence of.
And yeah, maybe I came at this from a better direction, but...I was speaking more of complete lack of deniable feelings on the other person's part when I referred to track record.
Very uncranky bus. And what's wrong with these newfangled things called airplanes?

Oh, fine, but only because it's late at night.
You have seen her comments in Lorna's post, yes? She's doing math homework. You're the code-boy, break that one. :)
If we went on an airplane, how would it be a road trip? Road trips need roads. Otherwise they're just trips.
