I am writing to all of you privately because you are close to Amanda, and you deserve to know what has happened in more detail.

It seems that Amanda and Meggan were ambushed on their trip to the petting zoo, by person or persons still unknown. Amanda is largely unhurt and will recover soon, but Meggan has been taken. Efforts are being made to track her via Cerebro.

I must ask you all to be discreet about this, as we do not want to cause a panic in the mansion. Rest assured that we are doing all in our power to find Meggan and bring her home safely.

Jake, you hit your New York sources now. If this is anything other than a normal kidnapping, someone is going to be talking. Find Madelyn and see if the FBI has anything on local kidnappings in that area. They'll have the best intel. Betsy, find Amanda. Find out exactly what happened. See if she'll let you look telepathically on the memories. Send me the details.

Because I'm really looking forward to finding out who's behind this and kicking them in the goddamn brain.
