Scheduling our anniversary on a summer day when we don't have to worry about classes and we can monopolize each other's attention all day, that was very clever of us. I'm reserving the evening for a picnic dinner in the treehouse, quite possibly a present, and a nice private night (and I went and begged for good weather, too)--do you have any requests for the rest of the day?
Sometimes it feels like a lot longer than two years, sometimes it feels like no time at all. I still remember how nervous I was, two years ago tomorrow--and Alison's darn chauffeur act, I thought I was gonna just sink right through the ground.
And I remember how beautiful you looked. I remember that very well. :) You've made me happier than I thougth I had any right to be, these past two years, and I'm looking forward to a whole lot more.
I love you. Sleep well tonight.

I think if you're calling for a quiet night in (and it sounds lovely and I don't want to think about what you might have had to say to get nice weather...) then I get to call for a day out. Am treating you to a trip to the amusement park, because it has been far too long since we've been on either the bumper cars or the ferris wheel, and I've always wondered just what the deal is with the tunnel of love...
I know what you mean about it not feeling like two years - it feels like I've known you all my life, and that I always will. Which is good, since that's my plan.
I love you, too, so much.
