Jean talked to Alison for a few minutes when she woke up earlier - Haroun, you're probably aware of this already, but I figured I'd copy you in on this so we're all on the same page.

Put bluntly, because I'm too tired to be anything but, she doesn't want the story of what happened today spread all over the mansion. I've filed a report in the database, but locked it to those who need to know and those of us who were there. Don't discuss details with the rest of the team. I don't care if the trainees are curious.

This isn't 'let's pretend it didn't happen'. More like 'let's give her some space to deal with it' without all the well-meaning pressure. Jean's fairly confident that's what Alison needs, and we all know that trusting the telepath on things like this is generally a good idea.

That being said, once we've all gotten some sleep - yeah, I know, very funny - I want to debrief. Tomorrow night at the earliest, though.

... okay, so you caught me. I just don't know... d you think you'll be able to sleep?

I'll be up, though. In a little while, once I finish with the report. I'm trying to add some details... I don't really want to think about some of the details I'm trying to add.

Maybe I'll come up now.

Don't think about the details. Waiting until the morning is not being a coward and when you think about the details I can hear you.
