We bring trainees on missions. And it's a good way to see how he's doing anyway before switching him back to full team status. I'm also curious to see how some of our trainees may take to him getting back on team faster than they may have expected.

Which reminds me. Jean's formally added to the trainee ranks now, yes? Do we want to notify the team now on this, with her actual team name, to skip the trainee name giving? Bobby should have gone under Iceman too, really... but hey, maybe I'm being picky. :p

We'll have to see what next comes up. I wouldn't be wanting to take him into combat just yet, but... well, we'll see. And honestly, Al, I don't think they realize he's not precisely starting from the same level they are. I mean, they dubbed him Sub-Zero. Did you catch me asking them who the hell Sub-Zero was? Okay, so I hadn't slept, or I would have figured that out for myself, but still...

Jean... hah. We'll have to have a little chat with her about what exactly she wants that name to be. Her and codenames... ah, nostalgic moment there...

I really, really don't know that we should be encouraging them to have that much fun in training. Okay, so I'm an old stick in the mud, I know that... I'm willing to be convinced, though? Draw up some objectives for a scenario like that and I'll give them a look-over?

I'm a little... worried, about the trainees on that score. Resentment is not something that we want to be allowing to fester at all. Any ideas?

And I have a certain fondness for... okay, one of those names in particular. Always thought it described her just perfectly.
