Heya,
Spoke with Ororo, Scott and Charles over the week and we ended up going pretty in depth into things. But the result is, we'd like to see you soon to talk over things and see how you want it to work out yourself as well.
And then, well, probably we'll be hitting the 'getting parental approval' step.

Date: 2005-08-19 09:54 pm (UTC)Straight up - I don't know exactly all the details of what you guys actually do. I know from Kyle and from some other folks that it's more than just going around picking up mutants who need help. And I know that there's a reason some of you come home and go straight into the medlab. And if in some way I can help make sure that's NOT the first place you all have to head when you come home, well, then I can do that. Or... I don't know, I guess 'enable' is the right word. If what I can provide enables you all to do what you do better, or safer, or more efficiently, then I think that's a fair use of what gifts I have.
And I know, hey, I'm a seventeen year old kid who hasn't even graduated yet, and I'll be honest: the idea of actually DOING what you guys do terrifies me. I couldn't, I know not now and probably in all likelihood not ever. But if you can use what I can do here, "in the rear with the gear" so to say, then hey, show me where to sign.
