Alison just dropped by. In a backless shirt. Which just happened to show, oh, some scars. Long and black and not at all natural scars!
What did we do?

I just saw. Well, you tell me, you're the one that healed her. I just supplied the hell dimension.
I'll . . . talk to her, or something.

I don't remember what I did. It was a healing, done plenty, and none of them have left scarring like that before. Certainly not creepy, black, evil looking scars. No wonder Al's been avoiding me if she's been carrying that around - probably hates me for marking her up.
Strange was fucking right, demonic power shouldn't be messed with. Fuck, I hope it's just the scarring and nothing, you know, more. Could you tell if she's possessed by Limbo or something?

I'm convinced that she's the same irritating biddy we all know and occasionally pretend we don't. She didn't seem any different on the trip, anyway. Unless being a hazard to the roads is different. And I doubt she hates you for marking her up. She's probably glad to be breathing. The scars are most likely just that.
Also, don't be stupid. Limbo isn't sentient. At worst, she's possessed by me and I don't know it yet. Hurrah. That would be a fun conversation.

Not exactly at my most rational today. And before you say it, according to you I'm never rational, I know. Any way... You'll talk to her? Besides the fact I've seen a total of once since the whole thing and didn't feel a thing then, I'm even less likely to now with my power all over the place. No, not from Limbo, either - had a relapse with the addiction last week. So, I guess it's up to you.
Yes, this would be me saying I trust you. Feel free to have whatever shocked reaction you might want.
And no, it's not sentient. But it's not not sentient either. That much power tends to develop a personality of its own. But you're the one in charge of the place, so I won't hammer the point. Just... worried about Alison. Those scars... well, it's a bit reduntant to say they aren't natural, but there it is.

You take all my best material. Well, anyway, I've emailed her, and if she decides not to respond, I'll track her down and make her talk. Not in a mafia movie kind of way. But I just spent a week with her in close quarters and since I am not dead, although she has had every opportunity to kill me (including possible eject buttons), if anything's wrong, it's passive, and therefore we can probably cure it before it becomes active.
I am shocked. Well, that's nice and all, but if Forge asks, could you tell him that I'm untrustworthy and evil? I threatened to send him to Limbo and that's not fun if everyone knows I won't do it.
Limbo is just a place. It's got a lot of magic, but it's just a place. There is no Limbo face telling me to do its evil bidding, there is no Limbo personality trying to exert control over me or anyone, but there are a lot of demons there, so that could be the root of the problem. I'll check it out. Apparently Dr Grey knew. Hurrah! Dr Grey can exercise her fantastic magical powers and save us all.
Oh, wait.

That's what I've been reminding myself of, that you've been travelling with her - if there was something active, you would've noticed it, right? Tho' 'passive' isn't a happy word either. Fuck.
I'm guessing there's been talk on the student list. Don't worry, I'll let Forge know you're the evil queen of a demonic realm. Might even give him the 'demons are real and not to be played with' talk. The one with the illustrations. "This is your brain. This is your brain after a demon's burst out through it..."
It's a demonic realm. Those are never 'just places'. And I'm guessing you've heard back from Alison about how it's fine, the docs knew, judging from the Doc Grey remark? Okay, fine it's the job of the teachers to make sure things are safe around here, but you'd think they'd have learned by now they don't know everything.

Although, on the whole, passive makes me much happier than active. Right now. We'll see. She's being really shirty at the moment, which is going to make prodding her tomorrow an absolute joy.
Give him the full talk. He's stupid. "Just because you were raised by demons doesn't make you any more intimidating than Shiro". I mean, hello? I am eighty thousand times more intimidating than Shiro simply by being alive. I have a book with really good pictures of that stuff somewhere, if you want it.
I have heard back from her. Going to see her tomorrow because she had a bad day, apparently, and God knows she's bad enough without being actively antagonistic. And you know, I'm convinced that despite both you and I they still know close to nada about magic. What's it going to take, the apocalypse? I mean, I'm sure it could be arranged, but they're apparently hard on the landscaping.

Well, yeah, passive is better than active in the whole sense of she's not feeding on the souls of innocents and all the rest of it. Or a zombie demon. Let me know if I can help with anything? Magic's shaky, but I've still got a room full of reference books once I'm stable enough to get the key back off Angelo.
Forge tends to be a big fan of what he can prove by science. Magic's just another branch of physics to him, another way of playing with energy. Demons... well, I told him about Limbo back when he was confused about how old you actually are, but I don't think it stuck. Pictures might help.
And maybe you should call us all ignorant Americans more often? Seems to work for Shiro in the intimidation stakes. At least until someone points out half of us aren't even American.
Yeah, dealing with the stares tends to make you cranky, even if people don't mean it in a bad way. Still, at least she's willing to talk to you about it. And better you than me, what with the memory gaps and all. And no apocalypses, least not as object lessons - you really want to explain the damage to Cain?

I'll let you know. Truth be told, I wish I could just stick her with my sword and be done with it, but that would have a nasty effect on someone who's recently been revived by magic. So much for easy solutions.
Maybe a trip to Limbo would help him get over that. I'd be pleased to arrange it. People here are so stupid and blind and shortsighted when it comes to magic. Even Lockheed knows better than most of them, and his brain is the size of a walnut. I would call them ignorant Americans, but Kitty and Jamie are Americans and they're not stupid, so I suspect stupidity isn't related to nationality.
I agree, we'll hold off on the apocalypse for now. I'll let you know how things go.
