Sorry about all the encryption, but I don't want anyone intercepting this...
I've just had a job come my way from, of all places, the CIA. And given the way things have been with the American government in the last year or so, it can't hurt to have someone on the CIA owe me a few favours. So I'm fucking off for a bit to go and be nosey in North Korea on their behalf - they're worried that sending their own agents is too much of diplomatic risk, but a freelancer can't be traced back to them. If all goes to plan, I'll be back in a couple of weeks, although I should still be in sporadic contact through most of that time.
Just in case: If you don't hear from me in the next two weeks, then something's gone wrong, and Nate, if you could give Dom a bell at that point, then I'm sure I'll be a very grateful man, and yes, I can cover the fee since, it's on the CIA's dime...
I haven't told Amanda and Romany where I'm going, just in case, although I've told them you three know, so if they come asking, just reassure them, please.

I'm afraid I'm not going to be about to see you home to Xaviers, Amanda - I've had some work come up, so I need to sod off for a bit. I should be back in the US in a couple of weeks at most. Charlie, Emma and Nathan know where I'm heading and I should still be able to check me email every couple of days, anyway, if anything comes up...
All the best with the rest of the course, Amanda - I'll see you when you're done. Romany, I'll catch you next time I'm in town. Give Dad my regards.

This had better be something really good or you're an idiot. They like tying little strings to freelancers that turn into ropes when you're not looking. Ask Bridge sometime.
