But lest it get lost in the mourning - you did the right thing. For the right reasons. Keep hold of that fact, it should keep you warm on those lonely cold nights.

Subject: Leaving biology aside...
I know exactly how you feel, and exactly what you're going through. But you lost to something that is (now) flesh-and-blood.
I lost to an addiction.
And I know you don't want to talk about it. I'll abide by that - for now. But I expect and require you to stop by sometime in the next few days. Just to talk about it. Bottling it isn't healthy. Trust me, I know.
And besides, you could use the company.
