Doug, Angie, Paige, Jubilee, and Shiro,
First of all, I would like to congratulate you on a job well done on the mission yesterday. You handled the situation very well, and provided the best possible outcome to a difficult circumstance. You should be proud of what you have accomplished, and remember that you have positively affected many lives with your actions.
It is for this reason that I am pleased to extend to you the invitation to full team member, if you wish to join. You are under no obligation to accept, but I know your presence on the team would greatly contribute to our roster, and I hope you will give it due consideration. If you have any questions or wish to discuss this further, please see me or Mr. Summers at the earliest convenient time. We will be setting up meetings soon with you all to discuss this further. Congratulations, and thank you for your hard work.

Jamie,
After reviewing the mission tapes from yesterday's rescue, I would like to be the first to say that you handled yourself, and the situation, extremely well. You are progressing in your abilities and should be very proud at what you have accomplished.
It is my recommendation that you continue your trainee work at this time - though please be assured that after the way you have handled the last two missions you will be called on for future missions with some frequency. We are lucky to have so many talented young people to work with, and I hope you will come to me or Mr. Summers with any questions or concerns. Congratulations again, Jamie, and thank you for all your hard work.

Clarice and Terry,
Let me be the first to say how proud I am of the responsible and mature way you handled yesterday's mission and ensuing rescue. I admit there was some worry on the part of Mr. Summers and myself sending you into such a dangerous situation, but it is obvious now that you are quite capable of taking on the responsibilities that come with teamwork and missions.
Because you have proven yourself so able, I am looking forward to seeing you both as full trainees as soon as you feel yourself able to accept. The team would benefit from your abilities and your dedication, and I look forward to working with you on this level. Please contact Mr. Summers or myself if you have any questions, and we will be setting up individual meetings soon to discuss this further. Congratulations to you both, and thank you.

I would have replied earlier, except I had no words. I still have no words. But thank you. I'd be honored. And...y'know. Words.
