Subject: hope the scenario went well...

I'm in town. Just figured some air was good, and there's a cafe with free wireless and decent coffee. Except I'm drinking Italian soda, because coffee's bothering my stomach today for some reason.

The bike seems better for me having replaced the drive belt...

I wondered where you had gone off to. I am glad the bike is doing well.

The scenario went well enough, though of course it cannot be compared to the actual mission in terms of results. It was a good practice, but I do not like the attitude I have seen displayed in the journals. Your post was harsh, and the team responded in kind. It is upsetting that what should have been constructive criticism ended up like that. From what I have read, you were being honest, but your tone set off their defenses. There has got to be a better way.

We all make mistakes, Scott. In missions as well as out of them. It is a sign of something that your biggest mistakes were overlooked and the smallest seized upon and criticized. Perhaps our priorities are not aligned correctly... as I have said before, this instability and distrust within the team needs to be stopped.

I think it would be a good idea if you were able to tell Dr. Barnett everything - like it or not, there is really no way to seperate what we do from who we are.

I could always change your passcodes and steal your paperwork. Do not think I would not do it.

Really, Scott, you should make some plans, and soon. Summer is coming, class responsibilities will at least lessen, and I can rope Kurt and maybe some of the others into helping with the team. You do not have to even go anywhere, just stay here and take some time off. We have a pool, remember, and I am sure if you ask nicely Lorna will give you one of those little umbrellas to put in your drinks.
