Hah! I pick just the right times to come out of the soundproofed lab in the basement. Apparently Ramsey and Marie-Ange had a little blow-up right in the foyer, and my new favorite redhead hauled off and slapped him one and from what I can gather from folks talking, they're through.
Who was it that was trying to teach Ramsey about the natural order of things? Was that me? It was me, wasn't it? Because I'm a genius, you see.
Although I figure an "I told you so", although so very true, would not be welcome at this time.

. . . for you to notice. Congratulations, you have just successfully brought an end to a relationship you were not actually in. Truly you are a man of awesome talents.
This has quite handily demonstrated why I never stay with the one girl longer than a night at a time.

Me? All I did was tell Ramsey over a year ago about some of the facts of life. There are people who are meant to be intellectually brilliant, elite on a level unmatched by all but a select handful of like minds; and then there are those who are meant to be on the big spotlight stage of popularity with everyone loving them and having the whole happy fulfilling relationship thing. Ramsey insisted he could have both.
Well, I guess in the end, logic wins out.

You really feel secure in gloating about someone's social shortcomings? Really? May I refer back to that stunning list of exclusionary clauses for prom that nearly limited your dating options to Shiro's little sister?
Forge, Forge. Didn't your parents ever teach you it's impolite to cackle over flaming wreckage (or at the very least over the sort that's bound to add as much drama to life as this is)? And they seemed like such sensible people, too. Ah well, I guess any trait can skip a generation.

Politeness isn't an issue. Note that I am not going to go rub it in Ramsey's face. I can recognize that he's probably not in the most stable of mental states. But hey, when the guy spends so much time gloating about his "hot foreign redhead girlfriend" like it's some elitist status symbol, it's very, very satisfying to see him get his comeuppance.

Lay off him, okay? Gloating about being the catalyst who sparked a break-up really isn't becoming. It's actually really gross.
