Next time a brainstorming session turns into an all-nighter, someone remind me that pizza boxes don't make good pillows? No matter how comfy the couch in the office is?

Right... I'm going to guess the bit about drawing on the ancient power of the Lonely Planet offices is either a joke or the M&Ms talking, Angie. And the drawing of me as the Eveready Bunny is very cute. But just what do we have here? Did we manage to come up with anything that makes sense in the morning after the Coke's worn off?

Remind me not to do two long brainstorming sessions pretty much right in a row next time. My brain -still- hurts after a lot of sleep.
My best guess? Cities, of a certain size and age. That's the only thing I can see that connects the places you have noted getting a "buzz" from.
But it's just a SWAG at this point. (Scientific Wild-Ass Guess)

I suppose cities would explain why I drew the Space Needle and the Empire State Building arm wrestling. It makes a certain kind of sense.
It would certainly explain why George was darting about last night light up like a traffic light. Green, yellow, red, green, yellow, red. I thought perhaps he was just channeling Boy George's "Karma Chameleon", but that was the pizza talking.

Date: 2006-08-06 09:42 pm (UTC)It'd explain why San Diego was doing the opposite of giving me a buzz, too - broken city probably not the best thing to expose me to.
So, next step with the whole theory thing? Go out and test? I've been to a few different US cities, not many seem to work on me, but going through Europe after the Von Strucker thing did. I suppose I could see if Pete's up for letting me have some time off to go test this...
