Emails to Kyle, Yvette, Tommy

Kyle,
Look, I do know you were worried about Yvette. And it can't have been pleasant to have so many people jump on you about it.
But it is true that Tommy's not the only one here who's done pretty bad things... even who's tricked or hurt other people here. Some of the rest of us have changed from things we used to do or think or be taught. You're not the only one who saw them together, or was looking out for her; I saw them and smelled them, and did not find any sign of harm. I'm sure there were others too. (Well, maybe not the smelling part.) And I know someone said this, but it is quite a change if he was being truly friendly with Yvette, who looks different and is more dangerous than she'd like to be.
I know it can be hard to forgive and give someone another chance. Maybe harder when 'twas someone you cared about hurt instead of yourself.
Rahne
P. S. I dropped off some njoki/gnocchi/potato dumplings and venison gravy. I'm not sure it's a traditional combination but I like it.

Yvette,
I do understand why you're annoyed with him, but I did want to let you know Kyle can be a very nice person too. But he's also... he has a temper, and he's very loyal, and while I won't go into details, one of the bad things from Tommy's past involved somebody Kyle cared about a lot getting hurt. It can be harder to forgive something if it feels like betraying the person it was actually done to, and he probably really was worried about you.
But it's also true that Tommy has changed since then, and I was glad when I saw you two making friends.

Tommy,
I did not see the posts on the journals today until late, but I did see you and Yvette in the library. I thought it was very sweet and did not want to interrupt.
I'm dropping off some of the njoki/gnocchi she taught me to make. They should be eaten soon; I don't think they keep very well sitting.

Dear Miss Rahne,
Thank you for you emailing me. I was being angry and upset for my friend yesterday and I am sorry for being rude to any one. Angelo is telling me Tommy was with this Friends of Humanity and he did bad things, but I am seeing the kind boy who helped me and was reading Mr. Keats to me and who is sad to be alone. I am sorry Mr. Kyle's friend was being hurt.
The njoki are very good. You are being very good cooking person.
From,
Yvette.

Yvette,
(Just Rahne is fine.)
It's understandable that you were upset, and while it's certainly a good thing to try not to lose your temper with people I don't think anyone will blame you for having done it a little bit. I'm glad you can see Tommy as a friend. I think it's a good thing for both of you.
I'm glad you like the njoki.
