I know I said thank you yesterday at the pub when you turned up, but given I wasn't in the best frame of mind, I thought I'd make sure I did it proper. So, from me and the rest of the crew, thanks a lot for the basket - the nectarines especially are really good, and Marie-Ange sends her compliments for the chocolates. You didn't need to do it, but I personally appreciate that you did. It was a nice surprise on a bloody awful day.
Catch you on the next trip into New York you want to join in on.
Amanda.

Hey, Nate,
Sorry about the delay - things cropped up, which you probably know about. Any way, focussing on work instead of those things, so here's what I managed to get together before I had to take off. I think it's most of what was there - the archives weren't huge, so hopefully that should do it. I had Doug run through it and check my translation on some of the crucial reports - there's copies of the original German as well as the English notes - and he says it looks good.
Let me know if anything else comes up. The bill's in the mail. *grins*
Amanda.
PS: Have you lot heard anything about Kurt yet? Ms. Munroe said she'd let me know as soon as, but the waiting's hard and I didn't want to bother her.

Haven't heard anything about Kurt yet, I'm afraid. What you were able to give us helped, but there's a problem when searching for the specific location in a large urban center of someone who was taught how to shield his thoughts properly by the strongest telepath in the world. Even when it's that telepath doing the searching. I don't think it will be too much longer, though. Just from past searches, and how long they've taken.

I wish I'd been able to pinpoint more than just the city, but it doesn't work like that. Yet, any way. Probably doesn't help I've only ever been to Chicago once, and Stefan called last night wanting an update and I had to explain what was going on. I know you lot are doing your best, and that's enough for us.
And speaking of distractions... I have a bus load of kids to supervise. Catch you later.
