Still here. Unfortunately. Though it's not as bad as I thought it'd be, considering. How are you faring out where there in the world? Fresh air still fresh?

I don't know, on Friday I was one of the only chaperones fully mobile after a weirdly physical teambuilding exercise the night before. There was a pretty amazing lack of things exploding but the fresh air wasn't staying fresh after that.

I guess better safe than sorry where potentially communicable infections are concerned, because Terry definitely wasn't having any fun when she got it. I know Moira was pretty unhappy when she heard. Still, even if you like them, being that close to someone all the time gets . . . well. Yeah. You know.

But maybe try not to throw shurikens at anyone's head.


Okay. A wacky quarantine is a shit time to bring this up but . . . okay. It doesn't matter. I want to see you. There's something I need to tell you. After you're cleared, can we talk?

Though, if you want to talk...now, wouldn't be such a bad time since I'm completely, absolutely, and utterly free at the moment. Sadly, I have nothing but time on my hands until this is over.

I don't think this is something for an email. Or standing outside your building thinking up at you, either. It can be shelved for a few days until we can meet for lunch, or coffee, or anything.

I am not terrified. I just find your ability to walk away from psychic contact with a posthuman entity relatively unscathed when Doug and I acquired brainmelt a little, um, intimidating.

Well, okay, Betsy came out relatively all right too, but she doesn't count. Because if there's a possibility of anyone secretly being a posthuman entity herself it's her.
